Join us for a magical evening walking tour from Oulu city center to the sea of Nallikari and back — with a chance to spot the Northern Lights!
On evening, we invite you to experience Oulu like never before. Our guided walking tour begins at the iconic Tori Police statue in the city center. From there, we’ll stroll through the picturesque Pikisaari island and the scenic Oulu River delta toward Nallikari beach.
At Nallikari, we’ll walk safely on the frozen sea (from January to April), visit the famous Nallikari Lighthouse, and enjoy a peaceful break surrounded by stunning night scenery and arctic seascapes. We’ll serve hot drinks and traditional Finnish oat cookies by the sea under the northern sky.
After the break, we return to the city center via a different trail, passing through the historic Toppila harbor, once Oulu’s old ship port. Here, you’ll see museum ships and learn about Oulu’s seafaring past. We continue through more river delta views and enjoy the nighttime cityscape as we head back to the center.
With more payment:
-A bonfire with snacks + 20€/person
– transport from Nallikari to your apartment- if you’ll get tired and don’t want to walk back to the city center, another trail + 50€- (Another cheapest transport option: City bus, Taxi, Uber- at your own expense)
